Refund Eligibility: A refund can only be considered if the passenger is not categorized as a "no show"; however, most "no shows" are typically ineligible for reimbursement.

Refund Processing Time: The process of issuing a refund can be lengthy and the timeframe for when the refund will be credited is contingent upon various factors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe, but generally, the refund process is initiated within 7-10 business days, although it may take longer in some cases.

Sequential Refund Processing: Refund requests are handled in a sequential manner, meaning they are processed in the order they are received.

Confirmation Email: Travelers will receive a confirmation email immediately after their refund request has been submitted for processing and accepted.

Supplier Penalties: If suppliers incur penalties related to refunds, we will deduct the penalty amount from the refunded total.

Refund Time: The complete refund process is expected to take between sixty and ninety days, starting from the submission of your request and concluding when the credit appears on your billing statement.
